A useful addition to all cabins (except Hytti and Teeri), the Ala cabin extension kit provides an additional 3 square metres of storage space with a lockable door. This is ideal for those items that you do not want to bring into your cabin such as dirty wellies, lawnmowers or bicycles.
Please note that on some cabins there may be limitations as to the siting of this extension. Please carefully check the dimensions shown on the base plan to ensure that the extension will fit on the wall you require it. In some instance the extension may only fit on to the rear wall of the cabin.
The Ala is a self contained, stand-alone annex and no attempt should to cut access holes in the cabin walls should be made as this would compromise the integrity of the cabin structure.
It is recommended that the Ala extension kit should be positioned against the wall with sufficient overhang from the cabin roof in order to minimise any rain damage.
